A little bit about me

Immersed in a multicultural world, I was born in Chile. As a teenager, I worked as a television actress for 3 years. I graduated college in 2001 earning a bachelor's degree in Theater Direction, and began teaching immediately afterward. My passion as a tutor and work with kids began later, along with my endeavor as a mosaic artist. Our family moved to the United States in 2009, and I now have two college boys. I continued teaching Spanish classes, and also I have been working as babysitter/Spanish tutor.
In 2012, I joined a private school, where I currently work as an elementary Spanish teacher.
My aim is to offer a didactic, stress-free environment customized and adapted to fit the particular need and interest based on the age and goals of the group/ individual or parents. I provide immersive learning Spanish largely on play while applying techniques from my experience teaching theater, art, and creative movement, as well helping them with their homework and common activities.
