My experience caring for children includes babysitting a young girl from Mondays through Thursdays after my classes. During that time, I made sure she was safe, planned fun activities, helped with things like going to the bathroom, and provided care based on her needs. This role helped me develop important skills like communication, patience, and problem-solving, which I know are key in nursing, especially when working with kids. I also regularly watch my niece and nephew, taking care of them since they were babies, so I’m experienced with diaper changes and tummy time and everything that comes with caring for babies.

I really enjoy doing creative activities with children, like arts and crafts, reading stories, and playing games that help them learn and have fun. I also like taking them outside for walks or to the park, where we can explore nature and burn off some energy. It's important to me that the activities I do with kids are not only fun but also engaging and educational.

For me, the most important part of being a nanny is building a strong bond with both the child and their family. It’s about creating a safe and supportive environment where the child feels comfortable and happy, while also being someone the parents can count on. I think it’s really important to pay attention to each child’s needs and adapt to their personality to make sure they feel understood and cared for.

My favorite nanny moment is when I’m just laughing and being silly with the kids. Spending time with them makes me so happy and reminds me of when I was younger. It’s those simple, joyful moments that really stand out to me.
