I think the most important part about being a nanny, is knowing how to deal with each child. Every child is different and one may have different needs than the other, but you need to know how to handle those situations, while knowing what the child needs. I think it’s also very important to be teaching them as well, helping them grow and learn! I find that there needs to be a connection with the nanny and the child, so that they feel safe and feel love and support with the nanny.
