Hello! My name is Nikia and I am a senior at Howard University from New York. I have had four professional nanny jobs and I currently work twice a month for one of my families that I hope to continue with. Throughout college, I have gained more experience with kids and have learned new ways to engage with them while connecting with them and building a relationship that emphasizes fun, trust, mutual respect, and growing together through such fragile times in their lives.
