Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I’ve worked in daycare centers. That being more of a structured classroom setting. I have also had experience with caring for multiple infants at the same time. Feeding, changing, rocking holding. Interacting with all different ranges of children from infants to school age. I have also done in-home daycare as well. In home setting are my favorite for childcare. I feel I can be more focused on one to a few children. And I can give more one on one attention.

My experience with special needs children...
My experience has been with children who needed special transportation. Back and forth to classes and to bus. Also children with ADD/ADHD who just needed a little more understanding and encouragement. Also children on daily medication.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Too many!!! I love to hear kids tell me their understanding or their perspective on how they view the world around them. They’re so funny!! I worked at a doctors office for a little while and some of my kiddos from a preschool I worked at before would come in. They would be so excited to see me. To this day I still see some of my daycare kiddos out and about. They still call out to me “Miss Nikki!!’”
