Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I started my childcare career in high school, helping at an in-home daycare after school and during the summers. While there I took many ECE classes and participated in many symposiums.
After 7 years with the daycare, and many other nannying jobs, I started as a Youth Program Coordinator - shortly being promoted to Youth Program Director. In that role I managed a facility that ranged from ages 8 weeks to 16 years, as well as planned, staffed and promoted our winter and summer break kid care camps.

Being outdoors! Going for walks, going to parks, playing tennis or hiking. I also love arts and crafts, particularly painting and *glitter*.

I have minimal experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Being able to witness milestones is one of the most moving parts of being a nanny! One of my favorite personal moments is getting to watch the first kiddo I ever took care of go to prom :)
