I volunteered with my church nursery for 2 years working with newborns to age 3. I cared and babysat for 5 kids ages 11 to 4 years old for 7 years. And I nannied full time for a newborn baby for 4 months.

I think the most important part of being a nanny is loving the kids well. By being patient and kind through all their mistakes and letting them learn through them. Also, by having fun and letting kids just be kids.
