I think the most important to being a nanny is having fun, without having fun with kids ruins first off all it could ruin there childhood and second it ruins the point of being a nanny. Always have fun, and also you need to be patient.
My experience with special needs children...
I have only worked with special needs people at my school. Sometimes I help around my school and one of the things you can do is go to the Special Ed room and help out. I don't do it often and I don't think it's right for me.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite "nanny moment" was me and my sisters were at home we were playing with legos, there is a little tiny lego cat we call paper, anyway one of my sisters attempted to eat the lego cat. Then one of my other sisters yelled as loud as they could *Don't eat paper!* and everyone was laughing.
