The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, trusting, and supportive environment for the child. It’s not just about supervision—it’s about building a positive relationship where the child feels comfortable, understood, and cared for.
I believe communication and consistency are also very important. Working closely with parents, following routines, and respecting their expectations helps create stability for the child. At the same time, being patient, attentive, and adaptable allows me to meet each child’s unique needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments while caring for children was seeing how comfortable and happy they became around me over time. At first, they were a little shy, but as we spent more time together playing games, laughing, and building a routine, they really opened up. It felt rewarding to know I created a space where they felt safe and excited to be themselves.
Moments like that remind me why I enjoy working with kids—being able to make a positive impact, even in small ways, and seeing their personalities shine always means a lot to me.
