Hello, my name is Oleana! I'd love to be considered as your babysitter. I've been babysitting since I was a pre-teen, whether it was taking care of my younger cousins or babysitting my neighbor's children, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Creating a safe and creative atmosphere with a child including drawing, learning simple recipes, or allowing them to include me in their imaginative adventures has always been a delight! As for infants a peaceful and gentle space is my biggest priority. I'm a very communicative person! Any specific routines or certain methods preferred by your family I am all ears for and always follow through to the best of my abilities.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Outdoor activities are my favorite! Light soccer, volleyball, basketball, badminton, or just catch can be a super fun way to exercise while simultaneously having fun. Going out on walks and sprinkling in some educational facts about animals or insects we see along the way is another favorite of mine. Simply involving a child in helping make a simple recipe can be a great way for them to learn something new while also feeling accomplished, even if they are just pretending to pour an empty measuring cup!

One of my most memorable nanny moments was when I was tidying up the space and the child I was watching wanted to show me her “peak” face. I told her I’d love to see it and she faces her back to me and slowly turned her head around to me with a hilarious expression as if she’d ate a lemon! She’s only two and it made my entire day.
