I’ve been a nanny since 2006 and love the joy, fun, and silliness children bring to the world! I have worked with all ages from infants to 15 year olds. I am attentive and am also a self starter. I love finding ways to get kids moving, especially outdoors. You can find me outside even in the rain — as a Seattle native. I was a childcare teacher and nursery volunteer at a church from [phone number hidden]. I have traveled in various parts of the world as well doing vacation Bible adventure drama like Russia, Uruguay, etc

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Creating bug sanctuaries. Painting, drawing and doing anything outside is most preferred. Exploring and educational experiences. Walking nature trails, bike rides, museums, zoo, and parks. Swimming during summer.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I get to leave a legacy. I am someone who tends to go above and beyond to bless those around me. Im great with being on time, super attentive, and get things done. I love to have awesome conversations with children where they get to learn new things about their environment, animals, life, the world. The wonder in their eyes is magical!

My experience with special needs children...

I have helped care for a 8 year old autistic girl in 2008 and currently (2024) contracted with a 9 year old boy on the spectrum who is a delight.

The most important part about being a nanny...

When kids say silly things that ends up in pure laughter! And when they get that Aha moment when something makes sense and it makes their whole day! Then they tell everyone about what they learned about how proud their faces are.
