Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Taught skiing to young children. Making sure they didn't get lost on the large hill, while also teaching them in a way that they wouldn't get frustrated and made sure all their needs were met in this time.

I have also taught karate to children of a large age range which includes making sure no one is hurt because someone is too aggressive, managing time so classes do not run over the allotted time frames, working with the kids themselves in ways that work for them.

I have also babysat multiple families, one of which I have been working for for the past 4 years.

My experience with special needs children...

During my time working as a karate instructor I was always working in the adaptive program that was provided there. I was always calm and patience with the children, understanding that all children have limits.

I also have experience with foster children, being from a family who fostered I took on a parenting role.
