Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was an outdoor/environmental educator in several states including Colorado, Texas, and Washington at the Y of Greater Seattle. In Colorado I also worked at an expedition camp, caring for young girls in the backcountry by prepping meals and helping kids with their needs. I have volunteered at high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools teaching classes like Zoology, Theater, and English. While in high school, I would babysit for a few families on weekends.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love playing so many games, from board games to big games outside. Crafts and storytelling is something I can create quickly and enjoy doing. Outside, I love inventing new games or going on nature explorations. I'm also a big fan of baking when its too cold outside! My favorite thing to do is to let the kids come up with something new that I can learn from them. They love to be in charge of activities!
