More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I am certified in CPR and first aid through my classes at my high school. I have many say for my younger cousins who are 10 months and 2 years old several times and enjoy it very much!!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Coloring, sports, movies, watching shows, playing the games they make up, going to the park, and going for walks.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important thing to be as being a nanny is getting to play the role as a mom and truly caring. It’s not just watching them for a few hours, it’s shaping their day and their emotions. You have to be patient, responsible, and kind. They need to feel safe, supported, and understood, even when they’re having a rough day.

My experience with special needs children...

When I took a class at my high school called future educators I was placed into a kindergarten classroom with several special needs students and would get paired up with them one on one. I found this very beneficial to me and I loved spending time with them to help them with their needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment was when I face timed my younger cousin and he asked where I was and if I was coming over today to watch him and his younger brother. When i said no he got upset and made my aunt drive him over to my house for a surprise visit. I loved it!!

Outside of work, I’m in school studying to become a nurse because I really enjoy helping others. In my free time, I like spending time with family and staying active.

Babysitter Available in Macomb, MI: Ashley C.

Hi, I'm Ashley Cox and a few words I would use to describe myself would be enthusiastic, confident, people person, organized, and empathetic. I do have some experience with watching children but it was usually at events where the parents would be doing their thing while I was left to watch and play with them which I never had a problem with since we would play hide n seek, would play starwars (in which I would lose every time), or play video games.

Hi! I’m Aimee.
I have experience babysitting many kids of different ages — not through a job, but from helping family, friends, and neighbors. I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and keeping them happy, safe, and entertained. I’m fun, outgoing, and have a positive attitude, and I’m great at keeping kids engaged.
