I think the most important part to me about being a childcare provider and providing a family with the best care is building a great relationship with a child where they feel safe and nurtured and cared for, but not only their mother and father, but the person caring fore them daily and helping their family. A strong trustworthy relationship with any kiddo makes my heart so happy!
