A little bit about me

Hey there! My name is Oralia & I am a Colorado Native. I’m moving to Athens area the first week of August and cannot be more excited. I’m graduating this spring with a BA in Psychology with a Human Services minor. My goal is to work with active duty and veterans who struggle with PTSD along with their kids and partners and families.
I’ve been working in the child care industry for about 3.5 years now - I’m currently a teacher at Highlands Academy down in Denver, CO. I am also bilingual and know some ASL. I am also QMAP so I am able to administer medication. I did an internship at a substance abuse rehab facility and absolutely loved it.
I love working with kids because it gives me the opportunity to help children grow and become strong mentally and physically and just love lovin’ on them.
When I’m not working, I enjoy hanging low and relaxing but also exploring and have fun!
