In working as a ParaEducator, I got to work 1 On 1 with 4 special needs students, one was in my class specifically. I helped with their learning of phonics, math, reading, and writing. I loved working with these students specifically because you need a certain trust to work with them not only from the lead but also the student themselves. I was so lucky to work with these kids and I would do it again!
