I have volunteered with Austin Child Guidance Center, where I entertained children in the waiting room before their therapy sessions. I currently serve as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for CASA of Travis County, for which I am assigned to a child in CPS care and am doing advocacy work on their behalf. I am also a Youth Care Worker at The SAFE Alliance, where I work in the Transitional Living Program supporting foster youth as they transition into adulthood. I have in-depth training in trauma-informed care and am currently pursuing my Masters of Social Work degree at Boston University.
