When I was able to put the parents at ease and come along side them for their success. Organizing the child's activities, schedule, and implement child enrichment according to the age/stage. Encouraging how parenting can be fun when the child's needs are met, the environment is set up for enrichment, and clear guidelines and expectations are communicated.
