When I was able to put the parents at ease and come along side them for their success. Organizing the child's activities, schedule, and implement child enrichment according to the age/stage. Encouraging how parenting can be fun when the child's needs are met, the environment is set up for enrichment, and clear guidelines and expectations are communicated. Lots of positive affirmations and the children shine as the beautiful people they are created to be.
