I was an Assistant Property Manager for the Harlingen Housing Authority where we took care of the children and their homes. We created events for them and kept their homes in good working order. I worked also for a school taking care of the children when we had projects , activities and anything having to do with events for the children.

I loved driving them to and from outside sports. I would sit with them and wait. I loved taking walks with them and enjoying the parks. We would have fun learning their homework daily by singing songs or using site words as songs.

Helping the family 100% and giving them peace of mind for the day or week. It’s very helpful when someone else can jump in because it takes a huge load off and gives the parents time to rest and do other projects or catch up with other pending projects.
My experience with special needs children...
I was raised with my sibling (brother)who is special needs and learning how to care for him teaching him to sing and dance. I taught him how to do daily activities outside and inside of our home along with my family. He’s very sweet. I I would bathe him, feed him and. help him understand the importance of taking care of him.
