I spent 30 plus years working in the medical field from front office to back office. I worked as a substitute teacher then kindergarten side for 3 years at the Springdale School District. For the past 4 years I have been working for a family in Rogers. The little boy, Truman will be going to PreK this fall.

There are so many. But highlights were when he started crawling. He was 7 months old. His parents weren't concerned about him crawling as his older siblings, they were 8 and 9 at the time and they started around 13-14 months. He and I were in the floor doing some floor exercises and he noticed my Whataburger cup, next thing I knew he was up on all fours and was going for the cup. I hollered for his mom and he started crawling to her. The surprise in her face and she started videoing it to send to get husband.
