I'm Pauline a mom of four, childcare professional, snack negotiator, storybook reader, dance party champion, and finder of lost pacifiers and the occasional missing dinosaur.

I have over 20 years of childcare experience as a nanny, infant teacher, and Pre-K teacher, but my heart has always belonged to infants. I love watching little ones grow and celebrating every milestone along the way.
My youngest son has special needs, which has taught me patience, compassion, flexibility, and the importance of meeting every child where they are.
