"I have 3 daughters who are 5, 8, and 10. During summer and holiday breaks, Payton was with us full time. And school year, she did school pick-ups, extracurriculars, homework, meals, etc. She has also been gracious to help with date nights on weekends, staying later when I have work obligations, etc.From a mother’s perspective, my top priority was finding someone who would love my children and give them the attention they deserve while I’m working. Just as important was reliability and maturity. She has been all of this and so much more for our family. My daughters consider her their “best friend” and while I know there have been stressful days with all that comes along with 3 young sisters, Payton has handled everything with the grace and maturity of someone much older. She was never late, she communicated very well, and she was always kind to my girls. I would recommend Payton without hesitation for another nanny position.
