One of the most important parts of being a nanny is patience. Not every child is immediately outgoing or talkative, and I believe it’s important to allow children the time and space they need to feel comfortable. I focus on building trust first, gently getting to know them and showing them that I can be a safe, caring, and supportive presence, someone they can feel comfortable with and see as a friend!

Watching my daughter’s sense of humor grow has been one of my favorite parts of motherhood, she loves to joke around and make funny faces that make me laugh while also filling my heart with so much joy. These moments remind me how important it is to nurture each child’s individuality, confidence, and happiness in a safe and loving environment.
