The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part is making sure the baby is safe. I think it is very important to bond to so they know there safe. Also another thing that is important is to have allot of patience and remaining calm there chaotic moments and also know soothing techniques for them!
My experience with special needs children...
I babysat an autistic 2-3 year old girl that was non verbal.I taught her to sign for more like food or a drink and say thank you/ please and she had really bad fits most the time but I always stayed calm and waited till she was calm enough to listen and take a breath.
