"Rachael was the perfect nanny for our two boys! She is warm, energetic, dedicated, and reliable. She is a mother herself, and has years of experience with babies, toddlers and preschoolers, and she has plenty of experience with shares and babies starting at newborn age.
In our time with her, Rachael helped with every milestone in our sons' growth. She did everything from establishing sleep schedules, introducing foods, making friends and playdates and attending/participating in music classes and play groups. People who have seen her with the kids around the neighborhood have told us how amazing she is with them. Most importantly to us, our sons adored her and we always felt comfortable and safe when they were with her. She is very well organized. She showed up every morning with a plan for the day, had the kids' bag packed in no time and was always prepared. We ended our share in February 2020 when the kids turned 2. In hindsight, I wish we had kept her longer."
