A little bit about me

My name is Rachel and I have been a paid childcare provider for seven years, with an additional three years in volunteer childcare roles in a church nursery! I started as a weekly babysitter for infant and toddler aged children. I later became a preschool teacher stationed in the infant classroom and also floated as needed to other age groups up to school-aged. I led an elementary school small group at a church with about 10-15 girls from their time in third to fifth grade over a three-year period. I was also a private nanny for two summers for a toddler child and a school-aged child who has autism, gaining more experience working with children with special needs. I have also worked with foster children. I am open to doing light housekeeping and meal prep and am comfortable with pets. Some of my favorite things to do with kiddos include arts and crafts, outside play, and reading books! I look forward to getting to know new families in the Orlando area!
