A little bit about me

Hi, I'm Rachel! Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I moved to St. Petersburg with my husband and our four fur-babies 4 years ago for his job. I have two Bachelors degrees - one in Psychology and the other in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Before opening my business, I was a nanny for 3.5 years - mostly caring for infants and toddlers. I have also completed CPR training for infants and children.

Before moving to Florida, I worked as a speech therapy assistant at a pediatric rehab clinic in central South Carolina. During that time, I had the opportunity to lead therapy sessions with children of all ages. Because of this, I have learned the normal language development for infants and toddlers, and how to encourage their development through songs, book reading, and baby ASL.
