Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Activities I enjoy doing with children include reading and storytelling, arts and crafts, sensory activities, baking and cooking projects, outdoor exploration, nature walks, hikes, scavenger hunts, playground adventures, swimming and water activities, music and dancing, imaginative play, building projects, board games, and educational games. I especially enjoy creating activities that encourage creativity, curiosity, independence, and confidence while making learning fun.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, trusting, and loving relationship with the children while supporting their growth and development. A nanny is not just someone who supervises children, but someone who becomes a consistent and positive presence in their lives.
I believe it is important to truly get to know each child—their personality, interests, needs, and learning style—and create an environment where they feel valued, confident, and comfortable being themselves. The best moments come from building trust, encouraging curiosity, and helping children learn through everyday experiences, play, and exploration.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was creating a bedtime game with my host children called “Burrito Time.” Before bed, they would hide under the blankets, and we would pretend the bed was an oven where I was making magical burritos. As the game continued, the burritos came alive and we created funny stories and adventures together.
What started as a silly game became a special part of our routine. I loved seeing their creativity grow as they added their own ideas and characters to the story. It reminded me that some of the most meaningful moments with children come from simple, imaginative play and taking the time to enter their world.
