The most important part about being a nanny...

Meeting the expectations of parents is because children read your essence, your spirit and your soul and children evaluate you instantly. Children tell you at that moment if they are going to accept you or not. With their parents it is a process of trust, of surrendering physical and emotional exhaustion but it is something normal because they have to be sure with whom they are leaving their children, that is why it is the most difficult part but understandable.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I really like it when they are sleeping when they are taking a nap
When they are eating because it is fun
When they hug me and find protection in me when they kiss me when I arrive in the mornings and they see me and they welcome me with so much love in their smile as if they were waiting for me I see so much gratitude and so much happiness when they see me in the morning they don't speak many times but their looks say a lot the feelings they express are very deep and they make me feel like a very privileged and blessed human being
