I love to be active and keep kids engaged! I'll jump on the trampoline with them, swim with them, do scavenger hunts, bring them to the beach, etc. I am very open to any activities as long as it makes the child happy!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny, for me, is being another safe, fun, loving person for a child. A child can never have too many loving people in their life who want the best for them. I love watching children grow throughout my time with them and creating a bond.
My experience with special needs children...
I have babysat for a child with autism and brought him to and from his social groups/therapy. I have also babysat for a child with a rare mitochondrial disease. Additionally, the first child I ever babysat was my brother who suffered from Gastroparesis and acid reflux.
