My name is Reighan! I bring a strong background in early childhood education, including CPR and First Aid certification, a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, and MAT certification. I spent three years as a Lead Toddler Teacher, where I created engaging, developmentally appropriate environments and supported children through important milestones. In addition, my role as a Director Assistant for nearly a year strengthened my organizational skills, communication, and ability to manage daily operations within a childcare setting.
