Growing up in a military home, I lived in neighborhoods with lots of kids and took on babysitting for family friends and neighbors. I cared for kiddos mostly within 2 to 10 years of age.

I’m a really big fan of creating and exploring creativity. Sidewalk chalk, play pretend, making dance routines, anything to get the cogs turning. For less energetic kiddos or wind down time coloring, reading, or doing stretches with music is pretty fun too and gets them in tune with self soothing measures.
