To keep the children safe and happy at all times and to communicate well with the parents. Staying on a schedule is a great thing also while the child is 1-4yrs because that little brain doesn’t understand time and change they get confused and flustered very easily. Keeping a schedule helps them so much.

My cousin is 4 yr and I’ve watched him many times. It’s was difficult at first to figure out his schedule and meal plans and how to calm him down when he would get worked up but once I it all down we’ve done great together
The most important part about being a nanny...
I watched a little body from 9 months until he was almost two and he had the hardest time learning to talk, so I decided to start to teach him some sign language since he was getting flustered that we didn’t know what he was wanting. It took him about 2 months to catch on and after that he was signing to us a lot and when he turned about 18 months old he started to talk.
