I substitute classrooms mainly Pre kindergarten & elementary schools. I also work as a teacher assistant at those substituting jobs as and I babysat when I was in high school and quite a bit after graduating.

I lot of sensory play is important so children do not get bored and are able to play freely. I also do outdoors so that they can get a sense of playtime outside as well. Most activities are safe and engaging, it is ultimately up to the parents.
