My family started Child Quest International a non-profit organization that provides help with missing, abused exploited children.
I was the fundraising manager, organizing major fundraising events in the bay area.
I also worked for Joe Montana and Ronnie Lot for their kids TV show Kanga Roddy. I was hired for craftservices (food) for 140 daily crew members as well as, talent, and kids. Also would do extra work on the show and helped promote the show and fundraising.

My experience with special needs children...
I have a nephew who is on the spectrum. He is super smart, I would help him with look up how clocks work, then would take a clock apart and both figure it out how to put together ❤ sports was also his passion, as well as cooking. We would do food challenges who can make the best meat loaf. Engaging in their unique passions was a great tool for success.
