A little bit about me

Hi! I’m Rhyan and I am 24 years old. I attended The Christ College of Nursing for three years before realizing I wanted to move fully into childcare. I completed my associate’s in science and am now in an online program working toward my bachelor’s in child psychology. I’ve been caring for children since I was a teenager and have experience with every age, especially infants and toddlers. I’m calm, patient, and consistent, and I love creating routines, supporting emotional regulation, and planning simple, developmentally appropriate activities. I’m reliable, hands‑on, and always focused on keeping kids safe, supported, and engaged!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I also worked with kids as a middle school cheer coach and later as a varsity cheer coach. I helped teach skills like leadership, discipline and confidence, and supported them through games, practice, and performances.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy finding fun themed crafts on Pinterest, especially around each holiday. I love trying new sensory activities and making DIY things like slime or kinetic sand. I also really enjoy taking kids on little adventures—like going to the library on a gloomy day or heading to the zoo or park when the weather is nice!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important part of being a nanny is building a real bond with the child. When they trust you, feel comfortable with you, and know what to expect from you, everything else falls into place. It makes the day run smoother, helps with routines, and creates a space where they can grow and feel supported. That connection is what makes the job meaningful to me.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment as a nanny was the little goodbye routine I did every day with the kids I cared for for three years — a fist bump, a high five, and a blown kiss as they stood at the door watching me leave. They were always so excited to see me again the next morning. Even now, their mom will text me saying the girls are asking about me or made something for me, and it means a lot knowing they still think about me.

Hi!
My name is Anna, and I'm 20 years old! I'm currently a sophomore at the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash, majoring in communications. I have over 5 years of experience caring for children, ranging in age from newborns to 13 years old. Whether it's soothing a fussy infant, helping with homework, engaging in creative activities, or ensuring a smooth bedtime routine, I strive to meet the needs of each family I work with.
