Is being trusted with your children and having the responsibility to care for and protect them. It's a great feeling when the kids see me and run up to me to give me a huge hug is the best, it tells me I'm doing something right!

When mommy's tell me the kiddos miss me and can't wait for me to come back! ❤️ seeing a huge smile from the kiddos when I walk in is the most rewarding feeling. Also, seeing the level of trust my parents have in me is also rewarding.
