I’m big on the outdoors! When weather permits I’m all for going on walks, to the park, and playing outdoor games. I also love art and encourage arts and crafts and even bring my own supplies.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny for me is the emotional aspect. Making sure that the needs and feelings of the children are being met. Life can get busy and hectic, constantly changing, it can be hard for children to keep up and sometimes big feelings get swept under the rug. I hope to bridge that gap and help put words to feelings so that our children can have the tools they need to communicate and work through issues.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moments are when I get to visit old nanny families! I love that we stay in touch, I love that we can share the good and the bad, but most of all I love seeing the kiddos again! The pure excitement and joy in their eyes melts my heart and it reminds me why I do what I do.
