I have cared for a 2 week old up until the age of 7 months
I have cared for twins and ages 3 boys with special needs and their 5 year old sister
And of course I was always responsible for my 4 sisters growing up.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important thing about being a nanny is...understanding that taking care of a child is more than just providing food and care. Children want to be heard, want to feel cared for and directed. It is important for a child to feel absolutely secure and loved by the people they have around them so that they can flourish and thrive.
My experience with special needs children...
I’ve had two nonverbal 3 year olds in my care. Very sweet children who just need a little more time and direction and patience. I feel confident with attempting to accommodate each child’s special needs.
