More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I volunteered with my last church's nursery and school aged children for about 6 years; I was in a leadership team and looked after school aged kids in my martial arts class; I'm a big sister and the oldest cousin so I've been changing diapers, handing out teething rings, helping with kids and around the house for at least 15 years.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love the best of both worlds! I can play games, cook, craft, read, and do tons of other activities indoors. I could also supervise some playground activity, engage in some outdoor foot races or tag, go on more adventures, get special treats, and soak in the rays outdoors.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Keeping the household balanced is the most important job as a nanny. Understanding the children's needs as much as you understand the parent's, is the key to maintaining a safe and happy environment :).

My experience with special needs children...

Caring for my little brother and other children with cases like: Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Aspergers, and other mood disorders.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment with children is after they play to their heart's content, and I get to witness them crash and get super cuddly and sleepy afterwards.
