Aside from being the "best aunt" to 13 nieces and nephews from newborn to 15 years old. I have been babysitting since I was 11. I have also volunteered at a local vpk/daycare .
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Anything fun but informational & educational. But I really like to do outdoor activities because it seems these days kids are consumed by electronics so I like to remind them of the fun outside ! I still show my inner child and bust out the nerf guns and water guns 😆🤫

My nephew has autism and a very close friend of mine has a son who also has autism and is 100% dependent on whoever is caring for him . I have been around all forms of touched children with special needs and I am very patient and happy to help keep joy in life.

Well I just started a new babysitting job, it was two kids boy age 4 and girl age 2 . The parent wanted to have a night out so the kids came to my place since I already had my two nephews 6 years old, and 10 months old and my niece age 9 . So we did some activities, ate dinner , bath and movie etc. The kids all fell asleep in the play room so I started decorating my friends room for her birthday that next day knowing her very stuck up uncle would be bringing her home in the morning and he loved to come inside and snoop around so I chose to make fun of it with a bunch of inappropriate decor (and I mean a BUNCH everywhere. Just as I was about to turn off the light and shut the door I hear my 10 month old nephew who didn't say his first word yet say " wack wack" followed by "aunt Roxy there is wack wacks everywhere" so all the kids went home with a counting math lesson using no not pencils or crayons but .... You know. Sometimes life happens and we have to turn it into a learning lesson
