I am a fresh graduate from Ball State University, where I majored in Theatre Education and Women and Gender Studies. During my time there, I focused on empowering students through creativity and literacy. In doing so, I was able to participate in the creation of a theatre-based curriculum that has been proven to accelerate creativity, leadership, and literacy in grades K-6th. I am licensed to teach middle and high school, but have a soft spot for working with struggling young readers. Throughout my time in Muncie, I primarily worked with high-risk students in need of this individualized instruction. I hope to continue to do so well into the future. I appreciate your time!
