The most important part of being a nanny, to me, is creating a safe and trusting environment where children feel comfortable and supported. Building trust with both the children and their parents is something I value deeply.

My experience with special needs children is having a Best Buddies class in school that helped me engage with students on the spectrum.

A favorite moment for me was helping a child I cared for learn something new, and seeing how proud they were of themselves afterward. Being able to encourage their confidence and watch them grow, even in small ways, is what makes nannying so rewarding.
