The most important part about being a nanny, in my opinion, is cultivating an emotionally safe space for both the child/children and families. Parenting is one of the hardest and most rewarding jobs, and being able to be a part of a village to uplift our future generations is one of the greatest honors a person could ask for.

I have experience working with students who have ADHD as well as learning disabilities. I firmly believe that any student can learn whatever they set their mind to with the right support!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Although this would be my first time being a nanny, my favorite memory working in childcare would have to be sharing children's work with their families. Seeing my students proudly show their work and performances after all of their hard work with their families always reminds me of how important support systems for children truly are.
