I got the opportunity to nanny at my sister's household. I learned how to balance between caring for a toddler and infant, while keeping up with house work of dishes, laundry, etc. I have learned that being a nanny has been my favorite job yet and I want nothing more but to continue on with it. Being around kids, no matter the age, brings me so much joy. I also love knowing I am helping the parents out in any way I can. I have always had a love for helping others and being a nanny does just that.

A memorable moment for me would be waking up the child in the morning and seeing her sweet smile light up when I opened the door. It always warms me up and motivates me to be the best nanny/friend I could be for her. Once I see that smile I am more than ready to bring on the day with her.

I’ve recently found a great nanny family to work with during the week, but my schedule allows for helping out other families! Starting 8/28, I will be available all day on Fridays and 7am-9am Monday-Thursday. I’m flexible with the times and willing to work part-time or just occasional sitting. I’d also like to try and stay near North Charleston, West Ashley, Johns Island, James Island, or Downtown.
I feel like this opportunity would be great for a family who needs occasional help getting the children up and ready to take to school, or a family who just needs an extra set of hands during the morning routine. You’d be hiring me to help make your life easier, and I would strive to do that however I can! I have many years of childcare experience, a degree in education, certifications, safe driving record and vehicle, and excellent references.
