My experience with special needs children...

Sarah babysat two elementary school kids, one with autism for 6 months until the mom stopped working. The mom said sarah was the longest lasting and favorite sitter of their kids! She also was part of a nanny share that involved 5 kids all on her own, all the way through summer! Sabrina grew up 3rd oldest in a family of over 15 kids, so she was part of helping with all the kids of all ages.
