I have been a sleepaway camp counselor working with children and young adults ages 6-25 of all abilities. I go to school for early childhood special education and have worked in classrooms with infants through 2nd graders. During the pandemic, I ran backyard camps and school supports for children 2-7. I have significant experience with children with special needs in both school, camp, and home settings. I have ten years of experience babysitting infants through middle school-age children.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Arts and crafts, I enjoy project based learning and finding creative ways to express ourselves. I also play guitar, ukulele, and some piano which I enjoy doing with children as well. I am passionate about children accessing and exploring the outdoors and love to do this with them!
