I've watched my friends and families kids since I was 10 years old. Whenever the opportunity came up, I was more than excited to hang out with their kids.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I'm pretty mellow when it comes to this. If there is something your kid wants to play/read/draw I'm always up for it. If there are educational games you require, I'll be more than happy to incorporate that into our game time! I believe being outside is super important for everyone, so if you have a yard I'd love to get the kiddos outside.

My experience with special needs children...

I've had a couple friends when I was younger have special needs, so from a very young age I learned to interact and play with them..to me, there is nothing "different" or "off" about kids with special needs, they just need a type of care that other children may not need..kids with special needs are most often incredibly smart and I learn from them every time I hang out with them.
