I believe that it is more than just a job. A child can tell if you actually enjoy being with them versus doing a job. Being able to create that safe, reliable, and trustworthiness with the child and the family plays a huge role in this type of care. The most important part about being a nanny is showing up, being consistent, having patience, all while showing real love for these sweet kids.
